When I saw the death flower & grim reaper tattoos in reiheartssims Spooky Tattoo set I just had to convert them... and then I had to do the whole set.

I've converted the individual tattoos as actual tattoos in the CAS > Tattoos section, and there are also a few full body accessory tattoo versions under Accessories > Socks.

Accessory versions There's a few variations with different tattoos under the different presets
