The Grim Reaper's bicycle from the Sims 4 Reaper's Rewards event. It has a little skull on the front and a mini coffin with death flowers on the back. Unfortunately I couldn't get the wheel animations to work. The pedals turn as normal, but the wheels themselves stay static.
