This was inspired by my recent trip to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Here is the pertinent info to keep in mind as you are touring this build:
Apt 1 - $611 - is a small studio ( grungy )
Apt 2 - $2,019 - is a 1B/1B w/3-stories and corner balconies. With a writers "loft" up top. ( for a single curmudgeon )
Apt 3 - $1,138 - is a 1B/1B newer flat ( a garden/nature sim couple might like )
Apt 4 - $1,018 - is a 1B/1B newer flat ( a musician sim might like )
Apt 5 -$3,289 - is a 2B/2B townhome w/3-stories and corner balconies. ( meant for a couple with one kid and/or another one-on-the-way ) Be sure to lock the back door of this unit!
Apt 6 - $3,731 - is a 3B/2.5B townhome w/3-stories, front balconies, and a private deck off the Master Bedroom. ( for the "old money," fancy sim. Maybe a single parent with two kids? )

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! ( Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game! ) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here.
The lot was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.

The sun is oriented to the front.

There is no parking available.

This is a pet-ready build. BUT... no pet items are included, and there really isn't much room for them.
Parts of this lot have a 2-step foundation - so if you want to allow large dogs inside, they are going to need Simler90's Stair Mods to be able to access the 2-Step foundation areas.

TIP : If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!
