Chase Tail and Frolic for Max Fun

This is an edit and expansion of Pets Chase Tail for Max Fun ( last updated in 2018, requires an account to see the post ) by coolspear, who has announced his retirement (note: he un-retired again, but is fine with my update). He said anyone is allowed to 'do whatever the heck you like with my mods' so here's my edit of that mod.

Originally, it allowed cats and dogs with -75 fun to chase their tails and have their fun refilled (autonomously or as directed, if you're using the selectable pets cheat).

My version:

• Cats and dogs with -50 fun or less can autonomously chase their tails and have their fun refilled.
• Horses with -50 fun or less can autonomously frolic and have their fun refilled, negating the need for the ball that invisibly breaks every three uses on average. You can still use the ball, but you shouldn't have to wonder why your horse can never be happy despite all needs seeming to be met.
• If you use the selectable pets cheat, you can direct them to use the interaction, as long as their fun is -50 or less.
• The interaction is called 'Chase Tail for Fun' or 'Frolic for Fun' to differentiate it from a similar interaction that appears in the game.
• Has no overrides. Coolspear's version overrode certain game files which would have blocked access to certain game interactions that have been added since 2018, especially infant interactions. Now it uses Lot 51's Core Library.

It doesn't use the same string table as coolspear's version, so if any translations exist, they won't work with my version.

It works for all pets from puppy/kitten/foal to elder.

Requires either Cats and Dogs or Horse Ranch, or both.
