Fix for Wishing Well Child Ghosts

This is a fix for two bugs related to the Wishing Well from Romantic Garden.

Bug One:

When you wish for a child and get a certain outcome, you're supposed to get a ghost child.

But the tuning calls for them to have died by Laughter, which isn't a valid death type for child sims.

This fix changes that to death by drowning.

Bug two:

When a ghost child wishes for life and gets a certain outcome, they think they're coming back to life but are actually getting a random death type, which may be the same as the original or any other base game death type.

But not all base game death types work for children, so a lot of the time, they come back to life and stay alive. Good for the kids but not what's intended.

This fix limits the death types that can be assigned to kids to the ones that can affect them: fire, drowning, overheating, and freezing. The others are still available for sims teen and older.

Requires the Romantic Garden Stuff Pack.

Overrides loot_WishingWell_Random_GhostType and template_WishingWell_Ghost.
