Here’s your pavillion! I thought the problem was on the fabric mesh being single-sided, but no, for once EA did it right and double-sided it! So it was probably a matter of groups and shaders - not a big deal!

Basegame compatible, $640, 4 channels, at Decor>Sculptures and Decor>Misc. All EA presets included!
