Sorry for the long wait! Was dealing with different stuff. Anyway, since you didn’t specify how many outdoor lights you wanted, I chose some from TS4 basegame. Yes, other people converted some of them before, but since you found mask problems on the other conversions, I didn’t check if my work is redundant.

13 lamps, all basegame compatible, all in Lights > Outdoor Lights. 1~3 recolorable channels (YES, I replicated the gradient pattern in the leftmost lamp as part of the mask - check the presets!). Comes with a collection file for easier navigation.
