I was surprised that this hair was growing in place of the forehead, so I pulled it up

- Poly: 12.6K (reduced from 31.1K)
- Conversion 4t3 @chazybazzy
- I was too lazy to do the same polygon reduction operation for the rest of the ages, so I converted the low poly hairstyle for children and toddlers.
- All lods
- Textures: plumblobs
- Added morph for fat ~~(only 0 lod)~~
Update: added morph fat for lods 0 and 1
