This is one of the business lots in my new "Beachy Hood" project.
It will be included with that hood, when it is released... someday soon!
Meanwhile - here is a preview version of this lot for your own hood.

This is how the lot will look the first time you open it. ( Parking spaces are not invisible yet! )

After my test-sim Sofia bought the lot from her home phone, she went to the lot to set it up...

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever been here.
The lot was built in a sim-free building hood.
It was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was then cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
The sun is oriented to the front.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.

There is no parking, unless you use mods/cheats.

TIP : If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed! ;)

Tips to better use this lot: :deal:
- To sell cars: Your Sim must purchase the lot as a business prior to adding any cars to the lot for sale. If you attempt to add cars to the lot in build mode before buying the lot they will disappear once the lot is purchased. To purchase cars to sell, use the business control panel in the upper right corner of the screen and access the wholesale catalog.
- To place sellable cars anywhere on the lot - open your cheat panel: (type control+shift+c)
type moveobjects on in the upper box, press enter
Cars do not "have to be" on the car display to be sold. Even cars parked in the back lot can be bagged and bought by sims.

- And... I suggest invisifying the parking spaces with SophieDavid's Invisible Driveway
- Customer parking will be available ( the front 3 spaces ) if you have Mog's Decorative Parking Spaces mod.
