Four UI font replacements

Similar to my previous font batch, these will replace the fonts in most of the game. This time I've tried to find some that are both on the quirky side and easy to read. All four are previewed in the default UI, simstate's Blackout UI, and justmiha97's Clean UI.
Use only one at a time! Place the .package files either in Mods Packages or Mods Overrides (I prefer the latter).
