Here, @windermeresimblr, I finished it!

It gets even more floatier than the female version to account for fuller shoulders, but... it clips a lot anyway. The jacket my sims is wearing is the Diesel SP one with the velvet collar - all the others clip at least a tad :| Nothing much I can do.

All categories, features and warnings from the female version apply.

Feel free to edit it, cut the side frills, etc!
