This is the Boulder Building, a small community lot built during the heyday of Edge. It comprises two storeys, with two galleries and four offices. There is currently no access to the clocktower. My build is modeled upon part of the very fancy Town Hall in Boulder, Western Australia, which was built in 1908.

This lot has minimal custom content, all included. Many thanks to the creators!

Now, some views:

The entry hall has stone flooring and coffered wainscot. The bathroom is past the stairs.

The Upper Gallery has the same layout, with a handsome parquetry floor.

• You will see a community phone default, by HugeLunatic, in the screenshots. It is not included.
• This lot was shrunk using the LotAdjuster.
• The lot is unfurnished, apart from lighting and one bathroom.
• I have the UC, so all EPs are required.
• Lot size - 2x1.
• Price - 38, 293.
