Cold Issue was meant to be a cheap clothing outlet, as far as I can tell, but given the size of the building, my version has gone upmarket. No CC.

There are now windows at the sides - we want passers-by to see all the lovely merchandise, don't we? And some light for the upper floor at the back, too. The shape of the building is mostly unchanged, but all the decor and fittings are new. The Ladieswear section:

There is a new mezzanine floor with a coffee bar, bathroom and some things to do - chess and books. Sims can sit with their coffee and gaze down upon the bustling customers below, or get a good view of the wall banners.

For some reason, the ceiling lights in the coffee shop don't come on when my sims visit. If it seems dark up there, you may need to grab each of the three lights and let them drop into place again, which makes them realise they are on. :)
