I’ve always liked including headline effects in my gameplay screenshots, but the low quality of the bubbles bothered me. So I made higher quality default replacements for TS3 headline effects! I used the original headline effects as a reference and recreated them as accurately as I could in Adobe Illustrator. They’ve been upsized as well: scream_pointer, speech_balloon, speech_balloon2, thought_balloon, and thought_balloon2 bubbles increased from 128x128 to 256x256 (2x), while thought_balloonLead was increased from 32x32 to 96x96 (3x).
