This was originally an outfit, but I decided to have it separately as just a top to use with more bottoms. WA isn't required since no textures are linked.

There are 3 texture variations: #1 has no pockets on the vest, #2 has two pockets at the bottom, #3 has the three pockets that the original outfit had. The buttons are also recolorable now.
