I lost motivation for this theme in the way :( Nevertheless, seven items are good enough.

The small paintings are divided in two files: one with the DU rewards, other with the regular pictures / paintings. The cafe sign has all the overlays. Fell free to use the meshes for retextures, since they’re very versatile :P

As for the plants, damn, EAxis got overlay-heavy on them this time, in a way file sizes would BALLOON if I had mask + multiplier + lots of stencils + all the overlays. So the hanging plant has fixed flower colors, the windowsill plant has only three greenery variants while the flowers are recolorable, and the vases only have the smiley face stencil in one of the presets instead of All The Overlays (tm).

Don’t consider this theme finished, though - I still want to convert the bookcases, just... another time, please...

All BGC, all in proper categories, all wall-mounted items are shiftable.
