Hear me out... I meant to include this with the Caio Spring Boots conversion (they are both from the same set, which is the Florence set) but I had forgot to, plus I didn't finish the teen version, lol

I have the habit of putting skirts and dresses in the Outerwear category, since you can pair them with tights or stockings or thigh high socks and so on... even though this one feels like it's probably made out of thin fabric. This also works as an office skirt for business Sims!~~ Although it might break a few dress codes...~~
