This 2-story model home boasts a luxurious master suite, three kid's bedrooms, family bathroom, formal living and dining areas off the entryway, and a spacious, open concept "Great Room" with an eat-in kitchen, and family room in back. Included on the ground floor is a walk through Butler's Pantry and a Powder room for your guest's convenience! The back yard features a huge patio with a custom designed pool. The garage has space for a laundry area and a workshop. There is plenty of room to park a second vehicle on the driveway. Variations No. 2 and 3 have a much smaller yard to cut back on costs. They are also CC-Free.

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
The sun is oriented to the front.

There is parking for one vehicle in the garage.
The Model home and Var. 1 also have one parking space on the driveway.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

TIP : If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!
