This is a port of a mod by ielandmore on Nexus to work with MSML, as opposed to overriding game files.

Previously, only Chef Watanabe could go fishing as an NPC - now, all NPCs have this ability!

This mod overrides FishingNode_Interaction_NPCFish:Test and will likely conflict with anything else that does.
