Background:

Florian was born as the wished-for labbaby of sapphic mothers. The moment their mother Bianca discovered the plan of her wife Bree, their baby couldn't come soon enough, and the baby agreed. Florian grew up as daring, quick too handle, afraid of nothing impulsive " boy ". They looked up to their older cousin Conall and had many squabbles with their sisters.

They experimented a bit, but their status as the most welcome child ever kept their moms from warning them - leading to some harsh experiences due to the difference between their more accepting homelife and the rest of the world. At core sensitive, Florian continued to straddle between the line of convincing themself they're just "some perfectly masculine gay guy", and attempts to embrace their more feminine nature.

When their "twin" sister Fuchsia found love and moved on when they were 20, that was another blow. Florian felt insecure and started-hyperfocusing on themself and their budding career as an acrobat. Trying to reach perfection in every way - finally lasering away the bodyhair they felt icky about instead of just waxing, strict diets to be as sinewy as possible and to get rid of their - according to them - too bulky masculine physique due to the musclebuilding.

But, handsome young man society deemed them as. Oversexualized everywhere they went, they wanted to become invisible, yet also be the star of the show. Just not as they were now. This reached its peak when they heard an ex-friend was pregnant with their child. Now a high-functioning alcoholic and orthorexic, Florian decided to travel for months. First to Shang Simla, where they once again got confronted with their genderdysphoria masked as a guy in a conservative society, then to the fateful island of Isla Paradiso, where they saw a familiar face from half a lifetime prior working in a bar.
