Background:

Initially planted as a plant, maybe a tree that would grow as their planned Florian grew up, Fuchsia was a total surprise; harvested the very day Bianca went into labour. Even though her parents are respectively Bree and a mix of plant genes, she quickly became Florian's de facto twin. Not without hardship of course. Bianca was hesistant at first about welcoming the unexpected little plant girl in her life. Even though she tries to be kind-hearted wherever she goes, she couldn't help but not feel the motherly love for Fuchsia as she did for her own little Flo. Fortunately Bree made up for it, and seeing her wife's love for the curious child Bianca turned around as well.

While getting stares wherever she goes, Fuchsia never suffered a lot from it- at least not visibly. She quickly adopted a kind-hearted but somewhat stoic nature, just going with the flow of where the wind blows her leaves, while quietly suffering from the prejudice she feels, and feeling torn between her own more plant-esque nature and trying to fit in. Stubbornly not wanting to admit she sometimes struggles with her place in the world, simply persevering.

In her late teens, she fell in love with a young elf named Fergus Evergreen, himself a sort of Elvish princeling coming from the mysterious elf population near Alpenfrühle. They fell in love, but he and his family were hesistant at first. Not due to her species, but due to her mortality - Elves live 5 to 10 times longer than humans, signing Fergus up for a terrible fate.

But they made an exception; letting Fuchsia regularly drink copious amounts of one of their secretive, elf-magic containing springs, she'll be able to live a life with Her Fergus - bringing unexpected fertility and becoming a elf-plant hybrid along the way.
