Here's another small Greek house 😊 This one is for the last empty lot on Simynthos (and a flat lot version for those who want to place it in a different world 😉)!

• Comes in two versions! One is for the empty residential lot on Simynthos (address Ferry Way 3), and the other is on a flat lot and can be placed in any world!
• One of the chairs in the kitchen is only decorative! I wanted to line up the table with the window, and I thought it looked better if I placed a third chair between wall and table. There isn't enough room for sims to use the chair, but it would have looked odd to not have a chair there... sorry 🙈
