Bayview Apartments
The Bayview Apartments are strongly inspired by a house I saw on the island of Crete in Greece. It's style is in many ways very typical of the island, and in others it is quite unique. It was located on a hilltop overlooking a bay - with "million-dollar- views"! Of all the EA worlds this type of lot probably fits best into Isla Paradiso, and I build it on a lot with similar views.
This was probably the most challenging build I have ever attempted with all the different levels, and it took way longer to finish than expected 🙈
This lot is intended as vacation apartments. It contains 7 apartments in total, of which I have furnished 4 as self contained units. The other 3 are unfurnished. Of course it could also be a family home for your rich sims, or it could be used as a Late Night apartment if you place the Late Night room markers to hide the apartments you don't want to play in, and mark the public areas as public.

- Packs used (I have all expansions and stuff packs installed): All expansion packs except for Into The Future & I only used the "Slightly Damp Towel" from Outdoor Living Stuff. Other than that, no stuff pack content has been used.
