These were separated by sforzcc, which you can find here for TS4.

Since these were extracted from a shell (building in debug), the texture area for the clutter is fairly small, which reduces the quality. It also means the file size is kinda large for 1 or 2 textures as it uses the entire shell texture.

I made a recolorable swatch for the awning, and it is less pixelated than the EA one in the preview (still not perfect, but better ).
