First: if not for @enable–llamas help, this door couldn’t be converted AT ALL - EA did some bizarre witchcraft with the UV mapping that made the door look like SHIT in TSRW/TS3, and I had no idea of fixing it. She also baked a fresh new texture, so, kudos to her too!

2 tiles, BGC, at Build > Doors, $95 (Eco Lifestyle build items are INCREDIBLY cheap). Recolor channels in the preview pics.
