Revolutionary Girl Utena is my favorite anime of all time, and when I stumbled upon a hair cards tutorial on youtube, instead of testing it with a easy simple bob, of course I went to do something complicated as Utena's hair. And here it is :bunny: I'm quite astonished I was able to put this together, even with its own issues etc.

Technical Information:

• For female Sims, teen to elder.
• Available for all clothing categories, not valid for random.
• Main texture by Pooklet, with alpha painted by hand by yours truly.
• EA Highlights version only. (control by Anubis, edited by me)
• It doesn't have morphs, but it is suitable for fat sims without clipping.
• Smooth bone assignment and breast slider compatible.
• Low polycount and all LODs.
• With custom thumbnail.
• Known issue: it has some tiny transparency issues on the sides and in the back, mainly caused by the undersides, because you know, one does not simply makes a hair for The Sims 3 '-'
