This is a set of deco props I converted for luverofralts (who also took the above photo for her simstober sets. Say thank u Ralts, because I was STRUGGLING to take good preview pictures for no reason.)

There was an old conversion of the Pit Creature from TSM, but no matter where we looked we couldn't find an actual download of it. This set includes a re-conversion of that, with the pit monster shooting straight up, but also includes an attack pose version of the monster I posed in blender and then saved as a deco object (shown above) repo'd to the basic version. The monster is set on a 1 tile footprint for easier scene set-up.

This set also includes the pit as deco on a single tile footprint, because frankly speaking, it made it way easier to place and then dig a hole for the pit. The footprint is underneath the skull rock on the side.

I've also added a bit of extra mesh onto the edges of the pit to help it blend better with the environment you put it in. This isn't seamless, but it should be more easy to hide than giant holes with plant-life, rocks, or whatever else. Added to this I've made some extras to help with that:

a set of repo'd decor meshes for the deco on the pit, because I wanted them. This includes a copy of the fence around the pit, the plank/diving board, and two sets of rocks. All of these are also on one footprint. This was an active choice, but I know it might be one others don't like as much, so I figured I'd make it known.Now, why would I make a set of repos of these when there is only the base colour from TSM? well of course since i don't know when to quit, I've made 3 pit recolours, and 2 recolours of the actual pit monster, so we can have some variety. as well as 4 Terrain paints to match the pit stone colours--both the original and the 3 recolours I made. This isn't seamless, as is the nature of a physical item vs terrain paint, but it's pretty close. Close enough that I didn't have an issue hiding it for storytelling shots.
