Update June 22: I forgot to include the programs cep file for A Sim Noir. I updated the download. Please redownload if you want to use that cep extra.

From what I could find, I saw some wall hangings I liked had no cep extras for separate recolorable frames so I made them myself. Ones with multiple frame textures have them available as recolors. A couple of them were already made by hafiseazale but I repo'd the frames to the Lady On Red frame. All except A Sim Noir have been lowered to the ground.
