I decided to renovate some Pleasantview lots and started with this one. It's a bit expensive but blame Brandi and her style for that, this trailer is a bit wider than the others (maxis did that) but I added a miscellaneous room that would probably be a dining room but is now a nursery for Beau. It's not a bedroom though because it's literally 3x3 and has no closet.
