This is my remodel of the Pleasant Vista Apartments to match the rest of the condos that I renovated it has 4 units each with 1 bedroom they're around the ~$1500 mark so they are a bit pricey but everything that looks nice is pricey. They're also unfurnished so you'll have to furnish them yourself.
