I did these so long ago (before computer ded), that I thought someone already defaulted this mesh, but turns out not (according to the database) aha
tfbottomhipmicrominiskirt replaced with my retextures of Puremorphin's Upperclass skirt with loafers! The UC skirt is the BG mini skirt shoe swapped, so it seemed like a natural choice. for the colours I used maxis beige & ocean from my solids set, and black and russet from my plaids set. TF casual + formal.
