It's been a while since I made a sim from another game, then this girl had me inspired. Terri Tortuga, a townie sim that was supposed to be a scientist at Division 47 in the PSP game, but got deleted.

Due to the limited customization options in the PSP game, I tried to put my own spin on her and stretch out the little information we were given.
