Here is a cc free lot I made with the Sims 2 ultimate Collection. It is NOT base game compatible. I cleaned and compressed it with Chris Hatch's Lot Cleaner and Compressor. It has 3 bedrooms (4 if you convert the study) and two bathrooms. Also included is an open living/dining/kitchen area. I actually built this for a university hood I'm working on (so far it only has this lot), so I decorated it for college students. link Birds Eye View of Floor A (Ground/First) link Bird's Eye View of Floor B link Enjoy, and have a wonderful time simming!
