Here is a cc free lot I made with the Sims 2 ultimate Collection. It is NOT base game compatible. I cleaned and compressed it with Chris Hatch's Lot Cleaner and Compressor. It has 3 bedrooms (4 if you convert the study) and two bathrooms. Also included is an open living/dining/kitchen area.
