Four eyes, and add-on eyelashes! They're categorized as occult eye details, so you may need to use CASunlocks to use them on non-occult sims.They will pick up the eye texture used by your sim's original eyes, and are semi-responsive to being moved around.

As an obvious caveat to something like this, they do not close when blinking normally and may overlap eyebrows depending on positioning. They also don't really play nice with hairs with heavy bangs (as they get covered up).
