was req’d him 3 times so it’s ethan time! and threw in the sygna outfit for good measure :}

• BGC, new mesh ripped from pokemon masters
• both sets have 2 swatches, normal and EX. normal ethan is outfit and hat, while sygna is outfit and goggles. they use the same hair (hat compatible, though the ahoge will stick out for flavor!)
• custom thumbnail + disabled for random
