req from the pokesims discord! not pokemon but i thought the outfit was so cute i did it on impulse so i could put my oc in it (pictured)

  • new mesh (ripped from Idolmasters Cinderella Girls)
  • 3 swatches, it’s just minor changes of the ribbon color
  • custom thumbnail + disabled for random
