I don't really recommend these, since the colour slider mod exists now + there is better custom content for Han now, especially for the pants. That being said, there's still people who seem to want this available, so I'm keeping it uploaded and archived.

The top is Base Game Compatible. The pants are from Get Famous. Enabled for Teen-Elder Sims, intended for Male or Masculine Frames but they might be enabled for all genders (I forget).
