I created four Eye Colours Presets for Sims 3 based on Sims 4 berry colour palettes. This is only colours, they work with any default replacement eyes (or none at all) and appear in the eye section in CAS as custom colours.

There are two Sorbets Remix presets:

  • One is full palette + black. I made a mistake while making this preset and black swatch appears before the whole palette, but I don’t want to redo everything, so I hope it’s ok.
  • Second one is reduced Sorbets Remix pallete with excluded lightest swatches. It has 57 colours. I created this one, because if you use re/gshade very light colours may look too bright (almost white).

I was inspired by 72 Eye Colours by Diamond.Sims on MTS. But I wanted unnatural colours, so decided to make these presets.

You may wonder why make such presets when you can recolour anything in Sims 3 with a colour wheel. That’s true, but as far as I understand townies only use default or your saved colours for hairs and eyes. I wanted my sims to be banilla, and I didn’t want to make all the colours every time I start fresh.

‼️ BUT as Diamond.Sims explains on their 72 Eye Colours post, you can only have ONE eye colours preset in your game. And if you already have your own saved eye colours they will disappear. But you can add new ones after putting eye colours preset in your mods folder.

So this presets are for those who start fresh or don’t have their own colours saved.

I also want to say thank you to @witchzenkasims for explaining how to make your own presets.
