Misc 4t3 Conversions

Mostly mesh conversions from my recolors set, but also a couple of retextures of already converted meshes.
- TS4 Originals: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. IDK who is that MJ who made poster mesh so I made CAStable version of the mesh that I converted for foundaurora sets.
- TS3 meshes by @pixelfrogslegs @kandiraversims (edited by me) and me: 1, 2, 3
- All are deco except coffee table
- Wall art are shiftable
- BGC
- 1K textures
- All presets are non-recolorable except 1 panty preset, MJ poster and sims4life picture frame.
- Poly count: sims41life frame - 2,4k poly, MJ poster - 515 poly, Leosims panties - 1k poly, fairybarn LiS CD stack - 50 poly, CM magazines stack - 230 poly, Twilight posters - 186 poly, Stonyxsims coffee table - 186 poly
