So, I'm building a bunch of houses to populate this world and fill it with my own sims, so here's the first one that was built by Green's Construction Company, it's one of there flag ship designs.
I believe it's on a 20x20 lot and it's around 30-40k.
This Here Package contains: 1 Sort of starter home.
It also comes as a package file, just put it in the library folder then you’re good to go!
