Blender References: Buy/Build Mode

Just a quick and tiny mod that I think people would appreciate as well!
I've made sure that everything is the right size, especially the walls and flooring, but it's possible that the table and seat have a milometer difference between a reference mesh and the cube reference.
What's Included:
- Single Wall (Useful for windows too!)
- 1x1 Floor
- Dining table Seat (as in, the height of a chair for the sim to plant their butts)
- Counter
Blender info:
This was made with Blender 3.4 but 2.7 and up should be just fine. The file isn't using any 3.0 magic so technically 2.6 should be fine too.
This is just the references I needed, but I can always make a Part 2 if anyone needs it :)
