2025 Seifuku set part 4 - Sukeban skirt version

I made a Sukeban skirt version in my 2021 set, and so went to make one for this set, only to realise that I'd pretty much made it obsolete with the new separates, oh well. It was almost done anyway, so I finished it for completion's sake, and now you have this one, too!
It comes in the same swatches as the winter seifuku, with and without cardigans. You can have it standalone or REPO to the TF fullbody winter seifuku. TF only, everyday and outerwear (for the cardi versions). Everything's compressorized with meshes and swatches in the zips.
Next, I edited the Sukeban skirt and the Sukeban skirt with trainers meshes so that the waist actually matches up to the maxis waist and works with most tops. Make sure to overwrite the old meshes. Then I made retextures using my Needlecream pleat skirt textures in Curious B colours, Plaids and Patterns! You can have them standalone or repo to the NC skirt textures (also works with my version repo to the winter seifuku), just remember that the shoes must correspond-loafers are repo to the loafer skirts, trainers to the trainer skirts.
