UPDATE: NPCs Chip and Bunny from my Fancy Feet Cake Treat mod have been added! Replace the original NPC files for that mod with the new files here if you want the new TS1 style versions! You will need to download Chip's hair from here and Bunny's from here along with everything listed in the Recommended CC file in the main download for them to show up exactly like the image. There's no reason to download the NPC files if you don't have the Fancy Feet Cake Treat mod.
