Good evening, tonight i bring to you 55 Woodland Drive, Brandi Broke's house. I tried to stay within her budget but there were too many cute thing in wanted to add to the place. I made her place as tastefully tacky as I see her. Maybe when I am done with Pleasantview I will play. I don't know how many times I've said this but i just love making these houses cuter than what they once were.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.

Here’s my version of 95 Woodland Drive. This home is a 2-story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open concept 1st floor. Pool, driveway and beautiful greenery. This property makes a great starter for your young sims. This is a 30X30 lot and its value is 70,669.
