Here's my version of 95 Woodland Drive. This home is a 2-story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open concept 1st floor. Pool, driveway and beautiful greenery. This property makes a great starter for your young sims. This is a 30X30 lot and its value is 70,669. This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot.
