From the original description (with adjustments by me):

01. What you need

• Custom Skintone, the male skintone will not fit female outfits/meshes. Get it here: [Working Information Link] / [Working Download Link] (MediaFire) You need to download and install the transgender Busty ST Claire

• Female outfits(fullbody, tops and bottoms) and shoes set to male I included a few so you have a outfit for every clothing category. Converting outfits yourself is real easy with CTU, ill explain later.

• A neckfix that closes the neckgap between the female outfits and the male head I made it a accesoire(set to glasses)

• A custom slider, Alfho the neckfix closes the gap, the neck from male and female are very diffrent, especially when the fit state is used. The slider will change both a bit so all comes back into proportion.

02. How does it work

• Download and install all files
• Go to CAS(create a sim)
• Pick the frontbum skintone
• Dress your male with female clothing and shoes(thumbs will show wich one you need)
• Go to accesoires and assigne the fake neck
• Go to Face/Head and ear sliders and pull the femaletomaleneckfix slider all the way to the right.
• Thats it

03. In the shower

There are hacks arround that let you pick the showernude within CAS but i recommend to use the ''never nude'' option.

It will force the sim to use the swimsuit in the shower, set the swimsuit to a nude outfit and it will showup in that outfit when taking a shower. Unfortunate this means he/she goes swimming also in the nude... Create a 2nd bathing suit to switch between the 2. I also included a swimsuit overlay as accesoire in the download file.

04. Converting basegame outfits yourself

• Download and install Delphy's CTU
• Open CTU and pick your favorite female outfit or shoes
• Got to the Part Category tab
• Tick the male and untick the female
• Tick the desired category(everyday/formal etc)
• Untick valid to random!! (Do NOT tick ''valid for maternity'' if its not enabled)
• Go to the Design tab and add new design(copy all from base) -Add a custom thumbnail(i will include mine in the download, if you want to use it)
• Go to the mesh tab and change the meshname(mine are named same as the saved file, Bloom_TransGender_ afTopNude for instance)
• choose ''save as'' and save your file in packages folder.

05. Changing a custom female outfit, shoe or accesoire to male yourself

• Open the package with CTU
• Tick the male gender box
• Save your file, Do NOT use ''save as'' If a custom package is in sims3package format you need to change it first with Delphy's sims3pack multi installer and place it in your packages folder. Then you can open it with CTU and change the gender and save it. Not sure but you then need to delete the original sims3package as you will have duplicates otherwise.

06. Issues

The skintone needs to be updated when your going to use my adult related female stuff from SS2 No idea wat skintone is assigned if your going to have baby's with him/her. Can not change the burnt outfits(i think)
