The last building I needed to complete the building requirements for Settlement is the Almshouse. It's suggested that you make it a residence and have it be occupied by a caretaker, but I really couldn't see myself playing an Almshouse lot where I have one sad bastard just cooking soup all day, so instead, it's now the most OP community lot in the Kingdom and the first lot in the Sisters of the Blue Lady religious complex.

Basically, I envision this lot to be a place to go when you have Sims that are just completely SOL and have no food in the larder, five children underfoot and just need a break. In retrospect, this might have been good to have when I was playing the Pullets as things got a bit rough there towards the end.

It's a very simple lot that features a Soup Kitchen using the Sip of Soup Mood Booster recolors by ClstlDrmr83. Any Sim who drinks this will have all needs maxed, it's seriously cheaty and awesome.

I'm also using the Sleep on Community Lots hack, so there are tiny rooms available to any Sim who just needs a place to rest their heads at no charge.

And a little garden out back to tend. Any Sim who stays long enough to reap the harvest is free to take home whatever they can carry.
