TheWritingMcKenzie requested a specific tattoo for their throuple/polycule household, but wanted the ability to be able to place the design wherever they wanted. Found in Tattoo -> Paint Mode -> Stamps, can go anywhere, can be resized & recolored, can be combined with other tattoos/stamps, and do not override existing stamps.
