I guess most of you who have played with residential rentals have already figured out that the rent bills are broken.

The bills information dialogue simply states that the rent costs 0 simoleons. When the bills are placed in your mailbox, you can only pay for housing and utility bills, not rent.

Some time ago, the 'Force Bills Due' cheat worked, but now it's not an option either.

This bug tends to appear with the NPC landlord, Panya Lee, as usual, but it may also happen with playable landlord.
