req from the pokesims discord! not pokemon but i thought the outfit was so cute i did it on impulse so i could put my oc in it (pictured)
- new mesh (ripped from Idolmasters Cinderella Girls)
- 3 swatches, it’s just minor changes of the ribbon color
- custom thumbnail + disabled for random
- feel free to edit the mesh or recolor, but links back appreciated!
